All our rooms are en suite with bath and showering facilities except Rose One which has a hydro sit in shower. However, we can make a bath available to the guests in this room should they require it.
We provide towels, personal toiletries and dressing gowns. Bring your favourite slippers to get comfortable.
We have ensured all our beds offer a very comfortable nights sleep with Quality duvets and soft percale sheets
In each room there is a mini fridge, hairdryer and refreshment tray with tea, coffee, chocolate, latte and herbal teas as well as biscuits.
Colour TV is available in all rooms, which will also have Video or DVD facilities.

The Meadows is a large en suite room with bath and shower facilities, with either a king or twin beds. This room offers a splendid view of the East Meadows and countryside.
There is a private adjoining twin room, not ensuite.

The Wood Double En suite
The Wood Double Offering the view of our wood and the panoramic view of the Simonside Hills. This double bedded room is en suite with corner bath and shower facilities.
